About the Role:

The CEO will lead the organisation by developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and new revenue streams while optimising the impact of current and future projects. They will build strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and the Board, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and values.

Key responsibilities include inspiring and guiding a diverse team, maintaining effective governance and accountability, and fostering a culture rooted in SJAQ's core values—Humanity, Excellence, Respect & Integrity, Diversity, Collaboration & Innovation. The CEO will be a passionate leader committed to driving success and upholding the organisation's mission.

About the Person:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, with expertise in fundraising, revenue generation, and financial planning. They will bring leadership experience from the not-for-profit, social support, or health sectors and demonstrate the ability to evolve organisations through innovative, contemporary strategies.

With an authentic people management style, high emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication skills, they will excel at engaging diverse stakeholders and leading teams effectively.
