Small Target has been retained by Be.Bendigo to assist in the appointment of an experienced, dynamic leader to serve as our CEO, driving innovation and economic growth across Greater Bendigo.
About the Role:
As CEO, you will be the face of Be.Bendigo, advocating for our members and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders across all levels of government and industry.
You'll lead strategic initiatives, support member services, and elevate Be.Bendigo's impact through influential events and programs.
You will ensure the organisation's ongoing financial success, develop budgets and manage expenses in line with the Board's overarching vision.
Candidate Profile:
You will most likely possess a mix of the following:
Proven ability to develop networks and foster partnerships with senior business, government, and community leaders.
Strong communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills to effectively advocate for our business community.
Extensive management experience, including team leadership and project delivery.
A strategic mindset with highly developed analytical skills to drive innovative solutions.
A tertiary degree in business, public affairs, economics, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in managing a membership-based organization, with a track record of driving value and engagement.
