The Role
As CEO, you'll be the visionary driving Laucke into its next phase, translating the strategic plan into reality.
Reporting to an Independent Executive Advisory Board, you will take full responsibility for executing the business strategy to meet ambitious goals.
Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a vibrant, positive workplace culture, guiding and developing staff to new heights, and achieving financial and market growth targets in line with Laucke values.
Key responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership: Shape and implement the business strategy to support the company's vision for growth.People Development: Inspire, mentor, and lead teams to build a cohesive, motivated workforce.Financial & Market Goals: Drive performance to meet financial objectives and expand market reach in both domestic and export channels.About You
This role is suited to a senior executive with a proven record of leadership in the food industry.
Ideally, you'll have experience in food manufacturing, agribusiness, or a similar sector, with a strong grasp of the dynamics in a privately-owned business.
We're seeking someone with:
Expertise in Food Manufacturing, Agribusiness, or FMCG with experience in bakery, food service, or related fields.Change Management Skills, commercial acumen, and strong financial insights.Knowledge of Agribusiness Value Chains, from farm gate to consumer, with experience in both domestic and international markets.A commitment to Operational Excellence, process control, and familiarity with management systems and certifications such as ISO, HACCP, and SQF.Remuneration
