A commercially savvy CEO is sought by an Armidale based Not For Profit organisation focused on the provision of disability services across the community. As CEO, you would lead and manage all aspects of strategy, structures, systems and services and provide strategic and organisational leadership / management.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, and the ability to:
Drive strategy and innovation.Build a positive, high performing culture, developing, inspiring and empowering team members.Actively promote the vision, building a shared sense of purpose and direction.Engage with key stakeholders across the community.Foster the development of diverse revenue streams.The CEO will work in partnership with the Board to deliver on the overall organisational strategy. The CEO is supported by a structure that includes a Chief Operations Officer, HR & Quality Control Manager, Division managers and team leaders.
The Chief Executive Officer role presents an exciting opportunity to lead an organisation and make a meaningful and positive impact across the community.
