The Opportunity
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the organization into and through the next phase of its journey. Managing a combined workforce of almost 1000 staff, you will be an experienced and inspiring leader who knows how to bring a management team together and achieve results through shared goals and values.
With a focus on change management, growth, and business improvement, you will enjoy overseeing transformation, as well as understanding how to implement effective operating rhythms within core business functions.
Success in this role will require someone to have previous and/or current experience within the disability sector, with a working knowledge of DES and/or NDIS highly regarded.
