About the Client:On behalf of our client, a highly regarded Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in childcare education, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The organisation is well-known for delivering outstanding training programmes that empower learners and meet the needs of the childcare sector.
With a strong emphasis on compliance, innovation, and quality outcomes, our client is poised for growth and requires an exceptional leader to guide them through this exciting phase.The Role:Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will have overarching responsibility for the organisation's strategic direction, operational excellence, and stakeholder relationships.
