Chief Executive Officer (CEO) AT Deni RSL (Deniliquin) $130,000 – $160,000 per year + Super (Negotiable) Situated in the NSW Riverina area, just 50 minutes from the Victorian border, is the town of Deniliquin with a population of around 7,800. The Deni RSL Club stands as a cornerstone of community engagement and entertainment, boasting a membership of around 5,000. The Deni RSL has two distinct Club sites—a bustling RSL Club and a Bowling Club featuring two bowling rinks, additionally, the club proudly owns and operates the 'fitnow' 24/7 Gymnasium, further enriching its offerings to the local community. The town hosts the annual 'Deni Ute Muster' in October, which is a two day event seeing the town swell to over 25,000 and has truly put 'Deni' on the map.Presently, the Club is under the guidance of an Acting CEO who moved into this role from an Operational leadership position. Her position is complemented by three dedicated Duty Managers, one of whom directly supports the Acting CEO in an operational management capacity. Within the Club's leadership team is an Executive Chef who oversees the Brasserie and Coffee Shop. The Club has a range of versatile function spaces including; the Dunlop Room (Auditorium seating 500 pax ), Mountbatten Room (seating 100 pax), and the Gallery Room (seating 100 pax). The gaming installation of 101 EGMs is managed through the IGT Software. The Club also has other supporting software includes SWIFTPOS, Payroll iCloud, BoardPro, the MS Office Suite, with the finance software about to transition to XERO to streamline financial management processes.The Deni RSL Club seeks an innovative and experienced Club or Hospitality Manager to take the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its dedicated team towards continued excellence and growth. The CEO must be able to understand the intricacies of managing a regional club of this size as well as be able to represent the Club in the local community with professionalism and enthusiasm. As the face of the club, the successful candidate will embody warmth and approachability, fostering lasting connections within the community. The ability to understand the local community's needs and expectations is a must, and delivering services to meet these needs and expectations is one of the keys to Deni RSL's success.
