Chief Engineer

Chief Engineer - Leading Wellness Centre & Hospitality Services
We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee the maintenance and engineering team at the leading wellness centre and hospitality services in the Mornington Peninsula.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 10 professionals across various disciplines.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of pools, spas and wellness facilities.
Implement and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
Ensure smooth daily operations across all facets of the business, setting benchmarks for quality control.
Coordinate and manage the procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-efficiency and availability of essential materials.
Conduct regular inspections of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary repairs or upgrades.
Lead from the front and be an integral part of the management team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in hotel engineering and facility management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate a diverse team.
Expertise in maintenance prevention programs and pool management.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
