As aChief Engineer Electrical and Electronicsyou will manage a series of E/E projects from initial concept through to launch, dealing with all engineering requirements to ensure the successful delivery of major automotive programmes.

TheChief Engineer Electrical and Electronicswill be responsible for:

Contribute and make recommendations to the Project Steering Group, after due analysis and consultation with partners
Provide technical expertise and advisory input to the project and manage the system teams on the projects
Define the technical content of the projects aligned to future strategy
Provide overall technical leadership of all individual projects by working pro-actively with system teams, suppliers, partners and senior management as needed to deliver technical objectives

A Masters degree level or equivalent in a business or technical subject
Extensive senior management experience in the motorcycle industry
A successful track record of project management over large scale, co-partnered motorcycle projects
