Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Australian building compliance requirements are met;
Act as Chief Fire Warden;
Champion hotel environmental and sustainability initiatives;
Ensure Hilton Brand Standards are adhered to;
Maintain hotel assets.
What We're Looking For:
A motivated and self-driven Chief Engineer with advanced knowledge of building management and engineering. The ideal candidate will have:
Electrical, Plumbing, or Mechanical trade qualifications;
Experience in facilities management, preferably within hotels and hospitality;
Strong leadership and team management skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Knowledge of government regulations and technical rules;
Ability to work 24/7 in case of emergencies.
