The Chief Counsel is accountable to the Chief Executive and works closely with the Chief Executive, the Executive Management Team and all members of staff including clinicians.About youTo be successful in this role you will possess:Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and litigation.Demonstrated skills in drafting complex contracts and Memoranda of UnderstandingAbility to consult and collaborate with others and work as an effective member of a team to deliver organisational outcomes.Proven ability to command trust and respect at all levels of an organisation.Admission as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and hold a Practising Certificate pursuant to the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria for at least ten (10) years after admissionPlease refer to the attached position description for further details of the role.Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.
