Chief Client (Clinical) Officer - Aged Care Led by a highly dedicated and innovative CEO and Executive Leadership Team, Doutta Galla's purpose is to make a real and meaningful impact for older people. They are an organisation well placed to take on a leadership role within the aged care sector with a commitment to growth and sustainability.
The Role Reporting to the CEO, you will drive and embed clinical excellence, best practice service outcomes and operational effectiveness across the organisation. As the organisation's most senior clinician, you will play a pivotal leadership role both strategically and operationally in advancing clinical governance and transformational resident/client care.
The CCO will provide oversight and leadership of a robust Clinical Governance Framework that drives clinical care outcomes, compliance, and quality. To do this, you will champion transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in all clinical practices, client/resident experiences, and clinical governance structures.
Your current experience will enable you to oversee the strategic development and execution of best practice policy that ensures a proactive and resilient organisational culture. You will continue to strengthen our clinical governance to respond and mitigate potential and actual risks. Requirements You are a proven executive with a track record of exceptional leadership within aged care or health care environments. You have broad experience working with older adults with varied levels of acuity and possess:
A current AHPRA Registration as a Division 1 (Registered) Nurse, with a current practicing certificate (essential). Significant experience in leading executive clinical initiatives, shaping and guiding quality systems, and driving compliance and improvement efforts and outcomes. Demonstrated success in defining, implementing, and maintaining compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards with a history of achieving and maintaining accreditation. Comprehensive experience analysing complex information and data sets related to quality systems and policy. Experience in aligning client and clinical strategies with overall organisational objectives. Experience in reporting requirements for a Board of Governance. Benefits A highly competitive salary in the range of $230,000 - $240,000 plus superannuation and not-for-profit salary packaging benefits is on offer, combined with the opportunity to further build your leadership experience and influence across an organisation and sector undergoing substantial change.
