We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Senior Leadership Team in the role Chief Attraction and Marketing Officer.
In this pivotal role, you will shape the strategic direction of all marketing and attraction efforts to grow student numbers and enhance GOTAFE's brand and reputation.
As the Chief Attraction and Marketing Officer, you will oversee key functions, including marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement, business and industry development, the Skills and Jobs Centre, and events and partnerships.
Your leadership will be crucial in delivering exceptional experiences from initial student engagement through to their commencement, ensuring GOTAFE is positioned as the training provider of choice in the region.
As the successful candidate you will have:
Extensive experience in marketing, communications, and/or event management at a senior level.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and brand recognition.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outcomes focused on student and stakeholder engagement.
Experience in influencing cross-divisional teams and gaining support from senior leaders and key stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Marketing.
If you are successful in this role, you will be required to provide:
A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)
A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)
A current Driver's Licence (Car).
