As a Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for leading technical staff and engineers in Customer Cortex and Advanced Analytics services, ensuring the quality of technical design, engineering, resilience, and performance of technical solutions and capabilities.
Key AccountabilitiesLead technical staff and engineers in Customer Cortex and Advanced Analytics services.Ensure the quality of technical design, engineering, resilience, and performance of technical solutions and capabilities.Ensure use cases and consumption of services meet OLAs and can scale to meet user and business requirements.Ensure engineering teams in DSCAA meet all Data Platforms, Technology, and Data Engineering Chapter metrics and KPIs.Ensure compliance of technical solutions underpinning Customer Cortex and Advanced Analytics & AI services to Westpac policy and standards.Ensure technical solutions and capabilities underpinning Customer Cortex and Advanced Analytics & AI services are robust and resilient.What You'll NeedTechnology solution design.Cloud-based Data, API, real-time, ML/AI engineering.Engineering fundamentals of Dev Sec Ops, CICD, test-driven development.SAFe experience.Engineer team leadership, including coaching/mentoring.Lang Chain, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector, and Graph databases experience.How to ApplyStart here.
