Job Description
•Oversee the Finance and Accounting department of the hotel.
•Ensure that all records and accounts are maintained accurately and fairly reflect the transactions and administration of the assets of the hotel.
•Devise and maintain a system of internal accounting control sufficient to ensure that transactions are executed in accordance with Management's general and specific authorization and in compliance with USALI, other generally accepted accounting principles and specific country legislation.
•Review and certify any hotel internal or external financial reporting.
•Oversee the preparation of the hotel's annual operating budget and monthly forecasting. Preparare cost estimates, margin calculations, develop and monitor finance KPOs to achieve business results.
•Expert support for monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
•Develop the controlling reports, servicing new business reporting needs.
•Participate in audit processes.

Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
•Minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Experience in an internationally branded premium or luxury hotel a distinct advantage.
•Good communication skills. Professional proficiency in English language.
•Completed a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or any related certificate programs.
•With active CPA license. Knowledge of USALI standards.
