RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor All Aspects of the Room: Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the boning room, from start to finish. Boning Quality & Yield: Maintain high standards of boning quality and optimise yield. Packaging: Oversee packaging processes to ensure product meets our quality and presentation standards. GMP and Handling: Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and proper handling procedures to ensure food safety and compliance. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a food production environment. Strong understanding of boning processes and quality control. Familiarity with GMP and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Physically fit and strong. Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical which includes Drug and Alcohol testing. Follow all company policies and procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
