Are you an experienced Administrator looking to join a global ASX listed blue chip organisation and take the next step in your career?
As part of the Asset Protection team, your role will be to provide effective administrative support to the team. As the glue that holds the team together, you will enjoy rolling your sleeves up and using your initiative. Based at our brand-new state of the art office in Macquarie Park. We also have a Hybrid working model allowing employees to work from home 3 days per week. This role reports directly to the National Asset Protection Manager.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Ensure the highest quality customer service for all administrative functions. Ensure error free, efficient data entry to all data management systems including capturing audit results in Salesforce. Identify target lists for the Asset Protection Managers. Use systems such as Salesforce and Nearmap to investigate and validate non-account holders and account holders. Coordinate and liaise with external legal counsel in relation to referrals, Letters of Demand and Statements of Claims. Maintain excellent records management (including confidential material) and housekeeping practices for the Asset Protection Team. Support Asset Protection Managers in the use of Coupa, Salesforce, and other systems as appropriate. Assist with accurate and timely end of month reporting. Liaise with external stakeholders such as Private Investigators, transport carriers and external legal counsel. Raise relevant PO's for the Asset Protection Team in Coupa, including transport carriers and external legal counsel. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
Experience in a busy administration role. Experience working with Coupa, Salesforce and/or similar systems. The ability to work with minimal supervision, using your initiative to get the job done. High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills with an aptitude to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people. Exceptional organisation skills and strong attention to detail, with systematic and timely follow-through. The ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and operate well under pressure.
