Reporting to NSW Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Water Treatment Specialists servicing a diverse range of significant industrial clients to manage the continuous growth of our business through NSW. You will have a laboratory team and experts throughout the organisation to support with technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership, technical & managerial support to specialist teamPromote and ensure a positive safety cultureWork with a skilled Laboratory team to develop & implement treatment programs, ensuring they provide valued solutions for clientsConduct consultancies for clients relating to the treatment of water for use, reuse, and release across a range of industry sectors including mining, power and utilitiesDevelop customer relationships and ensure service levels are maintainedExplore and develop opportunities to expand business within the sales region, both within existing clients and through new enquiriesDevelop existing accounts to ensure maximisation of sales potential and continued patronage.Your Skills & ExperienceDiploma, Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or minimum 10 years related water treatment / chemicals experience.Experience in mining, power, water, or related heavy industry sectorCompetency in data analysis and preparation of reportsAn understanding of chemistry and industrial processesExisting experience in a leadership roleReady to Take the Next Step?If this sounds like the role for you, please apply today!At ASR Recruitment we are dedicated to fostering inclusive and diverse workplaces for our clients.
