The Totti's brand is a Sydney institution, headed up by Mike Eggert. It is all about enjoying simple, delicious food with your favourite people. The menu is made for sharing, starting with the wood-fired bread made to order with small plates of local and house-made antipasto. Move on to flavour packed pasta from Eggert, and then perhaps the chicken or fish, perfectly cooked in the Josper charcoal oven.The RoleWe are looking for Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs and CDP's to join the teams across Bondi, Rozelle and the CBD restaurants.
