The Totti's brand is a Sydney institution, headed up by Mike Eggert. It is all about enjoying simple, delicious food with your favourite people. The menu is made for sharing, starting with the wood-fired bread made to order with small plates of local and house-made antipasto. Move on to flavour packed pasta from Eggert, and then perhaps the chicken or fish, perfectly cooked in the Josper charcoal oven.
The Role
We are looking for Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs and CDP's to join the teams across Bondi, Rozelle and the CBD restaurants. We are looking for chefs that are passionate about simple, flavoursome Italian cuisine.

A passion for Italian cuisine, great produce and simple flavours. Wood-fired oven or Josper oven experience ideally, but we can train you up! 1-2 years' experience in a busy restaurant. Experience across the kitchen and can manage a section if required. Strong communication, attention to detail and great organisation skills. We have both full-time and casual positions available.
