Chefs Required – Full Time

The desired candidate will be motivated and dedicated to work as well as being encouraged to demonstrate your creativity and skills during the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
You will work in a team of professionals who share your love of cooking and will be involved in the efficient running of a busy high-volume kitchen.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES: Experience in fast-paced environments and high-volume conditionsExcellent time management ability and organisational skillsTake pride in the work you produce and have passion for what you doPrevious experience in high-volume, multi-venue operations is advantageousAn enthusiastic attitude and a good work ethicAbility to work as part of a team and produce a consistent product is a mustMain tasks include: Planning menusPreparing and cooking foodMonitoring quality and presentation of dishesTraining staffFollowing all health regulations and explaining to othersAdvising on required cooking proceduresThis role requires full-time availability, including some early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 plus super
