With a variety of shifts on offer working in our casual pool, we have flexible shift options available to suit.
THE POSITION: Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offeringsActively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirementsAble to work across all stations/areas of the kitchenAdhering to all relevant health and safety and food safety standards, ensuring wastage is kept to a minimumTHE PERSON: Minimum Certificate III in Commercial CookeryBackground in fine dining/events and functions and an eye for detailGreat energy and professional presentationThe willingness to work across various sectors and locations (i.e.
Education, Venues, Corporate, etc.
