Due to recent growth in our business, we are seeking multiple Full-time Line Chefs, Sous Chefs and Head Chefs to join our FIFO Resources Catering Team on a 14/7 roster FIFO from Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast.
Reporting to the Village Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all safety and quality processes are followed and exceed customer expectations in regard to a healthy and delicious food offering, whilst being in line with contractual requirements.
Assist with managing a team and cater for a large number of residents, creating and preparing menus for all meals such as Breakfast, Dinner and Crib.
