Position: Experienced Chefs / Experienced CooksLocation: Kerang hr drive from Melbourne.Accomodation: on site or nearbyWork visa: we might be able to help after 6-12 months.Specialisation: Asian Fusion Cuisine or willing to learnExperience: Minimum a relevant qualification and 2 years of skilled work experience or 3+ years of full-time skilled work experience if no qualification is available.Key Responsibilities:
Leadership in delivering exceptional culinary outcomeFood safety standards and documentationManaging food and labour budgetsRostering and order management (for Sous and Head Chefs)Enforcing OH&S standards and processesEstablishing strong team and supplier relationships (for Sous and Head Chefs)Impeccable time management abilitiesMaintaining calm under pressure with a composed demeanorQualifications: Commercial Cookery Certification or equivalentWhat We Offer:
