We operate 9 lodges in some of the most remote, inaccessible and beautiful locations.

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking chefs of all abilities to join our iconic properties across Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Queensland.
This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity against breathtaking backdrops, inspiring unforgettable experiences for our guests.
The positions available are for: Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties, Cooks and Kitchenhands.
As a member of our kitchen team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional meals that reflect the unique spirit of Australia.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the charge in daily kitchen operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations by delivering memorable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Establish and uphold meticulous food standards for preparation, presentation, and cooking, ensuring compliance with Food Safety guidelines.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to swiftly address any shortcomings and maintain impeccable hygiene practices in line with Health & Safety regulations.
Cultivate a vibrant, positive work environment that inspires learning and fosters continuous improvement among all team members.
Partner with other departments to elevate the overall guest experience, skilfully accommodating special dietary needs and preferences.
Manage inventory like a pro, keeping the kitchen fully stocked while minimising waste and championing sustainability initiatives.
This is a remote position, and you will be required to live and work at one of our properties for the entire season.
We provide all meals and accommodation.
Please be aware of the unique challenges and limitations associated with long-term remote living.

Requirements: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience working in a remote area is an advantage; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
Familiarity with food safety practices and holding a Food Safety Supervisor certificate is desirable.
Remote First Aid and CPR certificate Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Proficiency in basic computer skills is beneficial.
A National Criminal History Check is a mandatory step in the recruitment process.
