We are looking for experienced chefs and cooks for our clients in Kingaroy, QLD. The positions are full time, $65k-$80K a year salary + Superannuation depending on the experience and the position.In these hands-on roles, the chosen candidates must:Ensure food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possibleManage stock levels and follow company procedures and recipe guidelinesEnsure hygiene is maintained to the required standardsMaintain a clean and organised kitchen during and after serviceAssist the head chef in cost control and assist in ensuring budgeted profit and targets are metAble to work unsupervised and harmoniously with the rest of the brigadeTo be successful for this role you will possess the following:Minimum of three years post qualification experience in prep and a la carte essential (Lunch & Dinner)Appropriate trade qualificationsExperience in fast-paced, service and quality-focused venuesGuest oriented and passionate about foodSound knowledge of food hygiene practicesThe ability to work well under pressure with an eye for detailExcellent interpersonal skills, relatively good English communication skillsPossess a positive attitude and work well as a part of the teamAdditional information:Full-time positionsImmediate StartSouth Burnett RegionContact: ****** STARTPLEASE SEND YOUR RESUME & THE SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED SOON.
