Our renovations include the introduction of a state-of-the-art kitchen, facilitating the preparation of delicious meals for hundreds of people and ensuring our guests are treated to a superb dining experience.
What You'll Do: • Lunch and dinner service for up to 100+pax (fast pace kitchen operations) • Manage food production; controlling stock levels and quantities prepared.
• Preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes to our exacting standards • Collaborating with the Head Chef and Hotel Manager to refine recipes and develop new menu items.
• Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
What You'll Need: • Your own uniforms and knife kit • Availability to work on a regular basis (at least 2 shifts per week) • Excellent grooming and presentation • Sound English and great communication skills • Provide 2 references we can call • Experienced Chefs to have Cert III in commercial cookery • HACCP and Food Safety Knowledge • Knife skills About AWX: AWX is an Australia-wide labour hire and recruitment company backed by 20 years of expertise.
