Salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 a year plus superannuation - Full-time
Renzan Holdings Pty Ltd t/a Renzo's Bar, Docklands, is looking for a full-time Chef to join our dynamic team with a dedication to deliver heart-warming Italian cuisine.

Duties will include: Cooking contemporary style dishes in accordance with the menu;Planning and development of menu in collaboration with Head Chef and Restaurant Manager;Ordering food and kitchen supplies;Discussing food preparation methods with kitchen staff, wait staff and managers;Demonstration and training of cooking techniques to employees;Preservation of food;Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations;Staff rostering;Menu costing.Minimum qualifications include a relevant Diploma plus two years of full-time post-qualification experience in the relevant position OR at least three years of experience in the relevant position.
