About you An eye for excellence and attention to detail Ability to work around a 24-hour,  7-day week roster  including weekends and public holidays Specialty in Japanese| French| Italian  cuisine will be highly regarded Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery Experience working across various sections will be highly regarded
