The Hotel Services department is seeking a Chef or Trade Cook to join our Creswick Kitchen at Central Highlands Rural Health on a part-time / fixed-term contract until August 2025.
Duties will include preparing and cooking meals for residents and preparation of Meals on Wheels on a daily basis.
Additional tasks will include general cleaning, stock take, supply ordering and supporting Food Services Assistants with daily duties.
We seek reliable Chef or Trade cook with good time management skills, and interest in preparing meals for our aged care residents and working in a team environment.
Applicants with a trade cook qualification or above, and a good knowledge of food safety are encouraged to apply.
Details of Appointment: Part-Time, fixed-term position until 13 August 2025 working 32 hours per fortnight.
Salary: Dependent on experience, as per award + 11% superannuation About CHRH: Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne.
It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019.
