Providing culinary support to Head Chefs in delivering exceptional catering service across the corporate airport lounges Preparing the service with delicious food using first class produce Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures. Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards. The person Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery Experience in Production, Buffet and a la carte service preferred A passion for food and exceptional customer service A flexible approach to fortnightly roster pattern ASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain.
