Range of functions and events including cocktail parties, conferences, and sit-down dinners Work closely with the Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control Run your own section in a high-quality and high volume environment Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality Monday to Saturday shifts About you Qualifications in Cert III Commercial Cookery Experience in fast-paced cafe or events environment Excellent communication skills A passion for cooking, and be open to learning new skills in the kitchen A QLD Blue Card or be willing to undergo a criminal history check   About Us The Fresh Collective, operates a portfolio of cafÃs, restaurants and stores and provides catering and event services in a number of iconic venues across Sydney,  and Brisbane including the Art Gallery NSW, The Queensland Museum, Sydney Theatre Company and Australian Museum.
