The PositionCollaborating with the kitchen team in creating and executing unforgettable menus.Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day operations.Motivating and developing the kitchen team.High quality buffet, with changes to menu weekly, to a high standard.Overseeing and recording the Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.Preparing dishes in a fast-paced environment.Supporting the Head Chef in stock management and minimising food wastage.THE PERSONMinimum Cert.
