Silks Crown Melbourne is currently looking for an experienced Chef to join the team. Previous experience in cooking techniques like Wok and Stir Fry is a requirement for this role, with previous live seafood handling highly advantageous.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
Assist the team in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including prep work and service.Demonstrate a strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.Your ability to work within a dynamic team environment along with strong planning and organisational skills.About you You'll bring the following:
Previous experience working within a premium, high-volume commercial kitchen.Availability to work Part Time around a 5-day (Thursday - Monday), 24/7 rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent required.Note: please upload a copy of your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery upon application.
