Duties Preparation and cooking of meals as per the set menuCommunicating with Site Manager and Facility staffProvide supervision and direction to Kitchen StaffEnsure safe food handling and hygiene practices are maintainedCompletion of food safety documentationAdhere to budgets, stocktake and regular ordering proceduresSkills & experience Certificate III in Commercial CookeryExperience in Aged Care preferredExperience with Western CookingBasic computer skills, including OutlookCulture Contemporary Catering promotes a diverse and supportive workplace, in a fast-paced environment.
