The OpportunityWe are looking for quality and talented Chefs to join our kitchen teams across Sydney on a full-time basis. As a Chef at Merivale, you will need the following experience and attributes:
2-3+ years relevant experience in the industry.Knowledge around different cuisines and cooking techniques.Experience in fast-paced, high-end restaurant, pub, cafe, or hotel.Good organisation and the ability to train junior staff.An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices.Good communication skills, attitude, and be a team player.Knowledge around stocktake, ordering food, and wage costs.The RewardYou will be joining a company that wants you to succeed.
