Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our residents and values a well-run kitchen.
Roster: 9.30AM - 6.00PM
What This Role Involves: Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management.Overall cost management with a focus on food and labour costs.Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking.Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices.Demonstrable team management, development & leadership.Assisting the broader team as required.The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.Experience with managing labour, food & operational costs.Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management.Pride in personal appearance & hygiene.Why Work For Us: We have a unique culture that can only be attributed to the people that work for us.
