Description: The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an experienced Chef Manager at our aged care residence in Prairiewood.

Organising day-to-day operations.
This is a Hospital site.

Roster: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, up to 40 hours.

What This Role Involves: Dual responsibilities in food preparation/presentation and site management.Overall cost management with a focus on food and labour costs.Stock ordering, rotation, and stocktaking.Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices.Demonstrable team management, development & leadership.Assisting the broader team as required. Skills and Experiences: The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.Experience with managing labour, food & operational costs.Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management.Strong communication skills.Pride in personal appearance & hygiene.
