Job Description Our St Josephs Residential Aged Care home in Coffs Harbour is on the lookout for a Chef Manager. This full time permanent Monday - Friday role manages the smooth operation of the home's commercial kitchen and dining service, enabling our residents to enjoy a variety of fresh, nutritious meals on a daily basis. The big rocks of the role are Managing the provision of Nutritious meals Managing all kitchen resources within a budget Food safety + compliance in line with the Aged Care Quality standards Qualifications In this role your key stakeholders are the Home leadership team (which you are part of), Employees, Residents and their family & friends and suppliers. This role reports directly to the Residential Manager and the Cooks and catering assistants report directly to you.
