Chef ManagerCoffs Harbour, NSW Apply Back to Results Our St Josephs Residential Aged Care home in Coffs Harbour is on the lookout for a Chef Manager. This full time permanent Monday - Friday role manages the smooth operation of the home's commercial kitchen and dining service, enabling our residents to enjoy a variety of fresh, nutritious meals on a daily basis. The big rocks of the role are Managing the provision of Nutritious meals Managing all kitchen resources within a budget Food safety + compliance in line with the Aged Care Quality standardsIn this role your key stakeholders are the Home leadership team (which you are part of), Employees, Residents and their family & friends and suppliers. This role reports directly to the Residential Manager and the Cooks and catering assistants report directly to you. The hours for this position are: Monday - 06:30 - 15:00 Tuesday - 09:00 - 17:00 Wednesday - 06:30 - 14:30 Thursday - 09:00 - 17:00 Friday - 06:30 - 14:30Working at Catholic Healthcare as a Chef Manager means: You will be part of a growing not-for-profit organisation that values its employees Great salary packaging benefits including meal and entertainment benefits NSW pay rates $44.02 per hour + super + salary packaging Continual learning and development opportunities Paid parental leave and long service leave after 5 years 42 Locations across NSW + QLD if you decide to move!
