This full time permanent Monday - Friday role manages the smooth operation of the home's commercial kitchen and dining service, enabling our residents to enjoy a variety of fresh, nutritious meals on a daily basis. The big rocks of the role are Managing the provision of Nutritious meals Managing all kitchen resources within a budget Food safety + compliance in line with the Aged Care Quality standardsIn this role your key stakeholders are the Home leadership team (which you are part of), Employees, Residents and their family & friends and suppliers. This role reports directly to the Residential Manager and the Cooks and catering assistants report directly to you.
