Cater Care, a leading provider of hospitality services in the aged care and retirement sector, is seeking a passionate and experienced Chef Manager to join our team in Mosman.

Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our residents and values a well-run kitchen.
Roster : Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm
What This Role Involves : Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site managementOverall cost management with a focus on food and labour costsStock ordering, rotation and stocktakingAdherence to food hygiene & safety practicesDemonstrable team management, development & leadershipAssisting the broader team as required#J-18808-Ljbffr
