Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a Permanent Full-Time Chef Manager at our site in Horsham.

Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our residents and values a well-run kitchen.

Roster: Monday to Friday 9.30AM - 6.00PM

What This Role Involves: Preparing foods including texture-modified foodsStock ordering, rotation and stocktakingAssisting the broader team as requiredAbility to work independentlyDemonstrable team management, development & leadershipDelivering excellent customer service to enhance residents' dining experiencesAdherence to food hygiene & safety practices Skills and Experiences: The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalentFood Safety Supervisor CertificatePrevious experience in operating kitchens and/or site managementStrong communication skills What's in it for me?
