The role We are looking for an experienced Hot Kitchen Chef who is interested in furthering their culinary career and ready to take on the next challenge in fast premium dining environment.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests.
As well as: Assist the team in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including prep work and service.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
Your ability to work within a dynamic team environment along with strong planning and organisational skills.
About you You'll bring the following: Japanese cuisine experience in a similar Chef position is highly desirable, with upmarket dining, high volume restaurant or hotel experience preferred.
Availability to work Part Time around a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent required.
