The role
We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Chef to join the Garde Manger team.
In this role you'll:

Support a team of professional Chefs, catering some of Australia's most recognised events, including Industry events, galas, and private functions.
Prepare and deliver a variety of cold kitchen items to a number of Crown's F&B outlets - approx.
30 in total - previous Sushi experience will be advantageous for the role.
Assist in the preparation and plating of events for 10 - 2500 guests.
Demonstrate an understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
About you
You'll bring the following:

Experience in high volume events or catering within a similar commercial kitchen environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a part of a team environment.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
Additional Information


To be successful, you'll be flexible to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, late nights and Public Holidays.
This role requires full Australian working rights.
