Chef (Indian Cuisine) - 3 Brothersss

We are seeking an experience Chef for our well-established business " The Trustee for Bhatia Family Trust" T/A as "3 BROTHERSSS INDIAN RESTAURANT" located at Elizabeth Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000.
We require someone with experience in preparing Indian delicacies.
The Chef will have several daily responsibilities, including:
Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.Demonstrate techniques and advising on cooking procedures.Manage & provide training the kitchen staff, including cooks, and kitchen assistants, coordinating tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations.Visualize every situation and tasks independent decision to handle the things.Manage staff and supervise the staff that they are doing everything in a right procedure.Plan menus that include incorporating seasonal ingredients and catering to various customer preferences and dietary needs.Maintain highest possible hygiene standards in the kitchen.Monitor and Implement quality control procedures of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.Estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies.Prepare and cook various dishes.Explain and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations.Motivated and responsible for their own work.Shows initiative and takes a proactive approach to daily tasks.Has strong organizational skills.Works well with others and has good people skillsSkills and experience Experienced trade certificate qualified Chef with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience 3 BROTHERSSS INDIAN RESTAURANT creates a friendly workplace where every staff member is valued and respected.
