This role is suitable for candidates that enjoy bulk cooking with a passion for quality, flavour, and presentation.

The Position: Casual position Prepare high quality buffet style bulk cooking for a variety of service times including breakfast, lunch or dinner, desserts, and functions.
Maintain all catering controls, OH&S compliance, and HACCP with a strong focus on waste reduction.
Support kitchen efficiency with goods receiving stores and cold room controls.
Drive exceptional service when interacting with our customers.
The Person: Certificate 3 in commercial cookery Displayed experience in large commercial kitchens.
Licence and transport to access site.
