Job Description: Kyoku Yakiniku Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced full-time Chef to join our team. We specialize in authentic Yakiniku dining, and we are looking for a chef who is passionate about Japanese cuisine and can create exceptional dishes that enhance the guest experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, where high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques are valued.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present authentic Yakiniku dishes to meet restaurant standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with the team to develop and improve menu items. Ensure timely preparation and service of dishes to provide an exceptional dining experience. Interact with diners to provide recommendations or explanations about dishes. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management and ordering. Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in Japanese or Yakiniku cuisine. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Passion for Japanese cuisine and commitment to quality.
