We are recruiting for Experienced Chef/Cooks We have a position in our production kitchen at Diaspora Kouzina In this hands-on role the successful applicant will have the following qualities and skills: · Has a passion for delicious food · Excellent food preparation and presentation skills · Motivated, energetic with a positive attitude.
· Positive and hospitable people skills · Able to work in a varied/dynamic role · Problem solver who thrives in a fast paced environment · Looking for a long term career, willingness to develop leadership experience · Previous experience following food safety systems and procedures We are looking for someone with the following attributes · Chef trade certificate · Is able to work autonomously within deadlines following our systems · Chef with previous experience in a fast paced cafe.
· Excellent communication skills and fluent in English · Hard-working, reliable, flexible attitude and self-motivated · Ability to work in a demanding role while maintaining a positive and profession attitude · Knowledge of Greek food and sweets preferred.
