Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an engaging hospitality professional to a full-time Chef position at our Hospital site in Warriewood. We're looking for a dedicated Trade Qualified Chef to join our kitchen team and help us deliver exceptional food experiences to our community. Roster: Wednesday to Friday 10 am to 6:30 pm - Saturday and Sunday 10:30 am to 6:30 pm up to 39 hours Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to our menu, ensuring consistency, flavor, and presentation.Take pride in every dish you create, contributing to a positive dining experience for our customers.Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all workplace health and safety protocols.Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow, fostering a positive team atmosphere.Help create seasonal specials and contribute to menu development.Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.Maintain a high standard of presentation for every dish served to ensure an appealing presentation.Desired Skills and ExperienceThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Trade Qualification (e.g., Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent).Proven experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen, ideally with experience in Private Hospitals.Passion for food and dedication to high-quality cooking.Strong understanding of food safety practices.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others.Excellent time management and organizational skills.A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering great customer experiences.Why Work For Us:
