The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Thai culinary traditions and a flair for creating innovative dishes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Thai dishes, including curries, sea food, and oven grills. Portioning food, placing on plate, adding gravies and garnishing to the Dishes. Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies. Train and supervise kitchen staff. Collaborate with management to create menus. Requirements: Proven experience as a Thai Cuisine Chef. Relevant culinary qualifications are desired with at least Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery/Kitchen Management or equivalent. Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen. Strong understanding and knowledge of Thai ingredients, and cooking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
